Clients often ask which problem do I prefer to work with?
My reply is anything they bring me as long as it is going to alter their lives for the better.
However, there are some maladies which bring me great satisfaction one of which is Insomnia purely as we can achieve such a high success rate ie.95 % using hypnotherapy which gives me great pleasure although I always strive to achieve higher with PMA.

EIGHTEEN POINTS TOWARDS BETTER SLEEP
- Avoid daytime naps – they will reduce your need for sleep at night.
- Sleep alone in bed to avoid being disturbed.
- Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol too close to bedtime and not too large a meal near bedtime
4 Exercise regularly, but at least three hours before bed.
5 Take a good brand of multivitamin and minerals (one-a-day) currently Centrum has 100% of your bodies needs. Centrum50 for over 50 years of age.
6 If possible, endeavour to get into a routine of the same time to bed, and to arise after sleep.
7 Wind down before bed with a book or warm bath (not too hot) or some relaxing music.
8 Avoid television to unwind, particularly news programs or disturbing films (if anything a good comedy of your choice would be preferable).
9 If something is on your mind, write it down in a notebook and deal with it in the morning.
10 Use the bedroom only for sleep. Do not watch television, eat or work there.
11 If very hot put water bottle in the fridge to cool you down or place your pillow or socks in the fridge also
12 Establish a pre-sleep routine, i.e. brush teeth, bath, set alarm to set the mode for sleep.
13 Ensure that bedroom is dark, quiet, not too hot or cold (16˚c is ideal).
14 If something is on your mind, write it down on a note beside your bed to remind you in the morning
15 Ensure that the bed is comfortable and well made. Swap duvet for cotton sheets
16 Avoid heavy meals late at night. If you have to eat late, pasta is ideal.
17 Be Positive and listen to your CD as soon as the light goes out.
